All our products are delivered digitally — no physical items will be shipped. Once your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive immediate access to your eBook.
Delivery Method
- After completing your purchase, a download link will be automatically sent to your email address used at checkout.
- You can also access your eBook directly on the order confirmation page immediately after payment.
Delivery Time
- Instant access: Delivery is typically instant.
- In rare cases (e.g., high traffic, payment gateway delays), delivery may take up to 15 minutes.
If you haven’t received your eBook after that time, please:

- Verify that your email address was entered correctly during checkout.

File Format
All eBooks are provided in PDF (or other specified) format and can be read on most devices, including smartphones, tablets, and computers.
Failed or Delayed Delivery
If technical issues prevent instant delivery, we will manually resend your download link within 24 hours of purchase.
Non-Delivery & Refunds
If you do not receive your eBook due to a system error or email issue, please contact us for immediate resolution. Refunds are only available in cases of verified non-delivery.
